Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Base-2-Cert ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Base-2-Cert, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account settings at any time.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its content.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, courses, software, and branding are owned by Base-2-Cert or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal learning.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (notes, applications, etc.). You grant us a license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee certification, employment, or specific career outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Base-2-Cert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Base-2-Cert is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
